Instructions for Use: Any leather goods will wrinkle over time. To minimize wrinkling, we recommend using a wrinkle protector.
- After each wear, place the shoes on a properly sized and shaped shoe tree.
Footwear should not be stored near heat sources or in humid environments and should avoid contact with petroleum and organic solvents (gasoline, alcohol, acetone, etc.). The upper, regardless of material, should be protected from direct impact and scratched or stepped on by sharp objects.
- Dry suede or nubuck leather uppers should be brushed with a special suede brush. Do not use water to avoid soiling the uppers; oil or grease stains should be removed with a special suede or nubuck stain remover. (Machine washing is not recommended).
It is recommended to wear canvas shoes in dry weather. After each wear, gently brush away dust with a dry cloth. Do not machine wash. Do not use bleach. For stains, use a textile stain remover, following the manufacturer's instructions.
Shoes with smooth or embossed leather uppers should be cleaned with a soft cloth or brush. Grease stains or other impurities should be wiped away with a cloth dampened with a water-based detergent solution. After multiple wears, to properly care for the leather, apply a layer of shoe polish or wax with a soft brush or cloth, then buff with a soft cloth or brush.
- Allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature, using a shoe rack or placing clean paper inside to maintain their shape.
- Do not wear shoes that are not completely dry, as this may cause them to deform.
These shoes are not waterproof.
- Do not use fans, radiators, fire, hair dryers, or other heat sources to dry them.
- To create optimal wearing conditions and extend their lifespan, it is recommended to alternate between three pairs of shoes. A shoehorn is recommended.
- Do not wash shoes in a washing machine or use bleach, as this will void the manufacturer's warranty.
- If the product is defective under normal use and following the instructions, we will repair or replace it free of charge during the warranty period (if repair is not possible). If repair or replacement is not possible, the customer will receive compensation equal to the product's value.
- We are not responsible for discomfort caused by wearing ill-fitting shoes.
Important!
- Forced damage, intentional cutting, use under improper conditions, cleaning shoes with unsuitable chemicals, and forcibly damaging any part of the product will void the warranty.
Darkening or damage to the upper or sole due to excessive wear, friction or impact with other materials or surfaces, or exposure to sunlight or high temperatures is not covered under warranty. Trailblitz.store is not liable for defects caused by contact sports with the feet (which is not the intended use of products sold by Trailblitz.store) or contact with surfaces and uneven terrain, nor for defects caused by scratches, friction, or trampling from rough, blunt objects, metal, stones, glass, etc. Damage caused by contact with water, snow, solvents, fuel, sand, tar, soft asphalt, or other corrosive substances is not covered under warranty.
We will consider and respect the intended use category of the footwear (e.g., casual, running, etc.). According to Government Decree No. 140/2021, the settlement period is guaranteed to be 14 calendar days.
