Delivery and return
Shipping methods are as follows:

Delivery time depends on product availability and the required size. Please check the product page for availability after selecting your size.
Products in stock at the Timișoara warehouse will arrive within 24-48 business hours, while products in stock at external warehouses will arrive within 3-12 business days. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods.
Returns
If your order is the wrong size or you change your mind, you can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days. Exchanges are only possible if the value of the replacement product is at least equal to the original purchase price. Please carefully read the return process instructions before requesting a return. More information can be found on the "Terms and Conditions" page. By requesting a return by phone, email, or other means, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of the Trailblitz.store website.
Products must be in their original packaging and with all accessories.
The item must be brand new, unused, and in its original condition upon receipt, with an anti-counterfeiting label bearing the words "OUTSOLE VERIFIED AUTHENTIC". The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any damage or signs of wear (such as creases, dust on the sole or insole, etc.). Items with any signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
Please pack the item, along with its original packaging and all accessories, into the cardboard box we send, or into another cardboard box, and seal it with tape. We do not accept items with the original packaging simply taped to it, nor do we accept items wrapped only in bags or paper.
The return form can be downloaded here. Please complete the return form completely and place it inside the box. Failure to complete the return form will delay your return processing.
Except during special promotional periods (free returns), return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please note: Cash on delivery or cash-on-delivery packages will not be accepted. If the same order requires a second return (e.g., an item originally purchased was changed to a different size and then wants to be returned), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds for returned items will be processed via bank transfer after the returned item is received and inspected. This process may take up to 14 business days.
If the return request is not accepted, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
